Within 24–48 hours, we’ll send you an initial proposal with the recommended package, style direction, options and pricing. Once you’re happy with it, sign your agreement and pay the non-refundable reservation deposit to secure your date.

We Finalize It. You Enjoy It.

After booking, we finalize the details, personalization and logistics with you. Your remaining balance is due before the event — then our team handles delivery, setup and scheduled pickup or teardown.
